MILL STORES ships to virtually any address in the contiguous United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and not all products can be shipped to every destination.

Prior to completing your online order, your shipping costs are clearly shown on the Checkout page as a line item and included in your total. For products designated FREE SHIPPING, the shipping cost will be displayed as "$0.00". MILL STORES determines your shipping method automatically—selecting the method that is most economical for the consumer from our approved shipping/delivery vendors. Additional shipping options and shipping to Alaska is available by calling MILL STORES customer service at 800-416-5759 for an estimate.

Please note that some shipping rates are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Delivery dates are based on the availability of your items, any custom options selected, and the shipping method. Most commonly stocked items that ship by UPS Ground will ship same day if the order is received prior to 11:00 AM EST or the following business day if received after 11:00 AM EST. For items not in stock at our Distribution Center, please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be shipped. An estimate on shipping costs and expected delivery on custom orders is provided on request. In the event your item has been delayed, you will be notified by email to the email address provided with your order.

For non-local delivery, tracking numbers are provided online at www.millstores.com by logging in to your account and by email sent to the email address provided with your order.
